These terms apply to House Hunt Diary, the iOS app for saving, importing, organizing, visiting, and sharing property listings and house-hunting notes.
House Hunt Diary is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard Apple End User License Agreement, unless a separate written agreement applies.
House Hunt Diary helps you organize house-hunting information. It does not provide real-estate, legal, tax, construction, investment, financial, safety, or valuation advice. You are responsible for verifying property details, legal status, taxes, permits, neighborhood conditions, defects, and transaction risks with qualified professionals and official sources.
Magic Import and AI-assisted extraction may summarize or structure public listing-page information. Imported results may be incomplete, outdated, mistranslated, or wrong. You must review imported details before relying on them, sharing them, navigating to a property, or making a decision.
We do not guarantee that any third-party listing website will work with import features. Websites may change, block access, remove listings, or display data differently by region/device.
The app may open third-party listing sites, map apps, navigation apps, or external links. House Hunt Diary is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for third-party listing websites, brokers, map providers, or their content, availability, policies, or accuracy.
You are responsible for the property notes, photos, recordings, feedback, links, and other content you add or share through the app. Do not upload or share unlawful content, private information you do not have permission to share, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
If you create a share link, anyone with that link may be able to view the shared content. Only share information you are comfortable making available to the recipient. Some shared content may remain available until you delete, revoke, or request removal where supported.
House Hunt Diary Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple in available regions. Prices, duration, and renewal terms are shown in the app purchase sheet and managed by Apple.
Subscription features, quotas, and limits may evolve over time. We will avoid materially misleading purchase copy and will present the current plan options before purchase.
We may apply rate limits, quota limits, device-integrity checks, entitlement checks, spend controls, or blocking measures to protect the service from abuse, excessive automated use, security risk, or unusually high cost. We may change, pause, or discontinue features if needed for reliability, legal, or operational reasons.
Your use of the app and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on imported, summarized, shared, or user-entered property information.
